Terms of use

Last updated: May 9, 2026

By using Power Downloader ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the service

The Service is an independent helper for saving media from links you paste. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms whose content may appear in URLs you use. Names and logos belong to their owners.

2. Your responsibility

You agree to use the Service only when you lawfully may reproduce or store the material—for example content you created, have permission for, or that is clearly allowed by platform terms and applicable law. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, platform terms (including Instagram and Facebook), and intellectual-property requests relating to misuse.

You represent that any URL you analyze is lawful for you to access in your jurisdiction. The Service relies on freely accessible public URLs; it does not bypass paywalls or break authentication you are required to observe.

3. Prohibited uses

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, error-free operation, legality of any particular download, or that third-party links will remain available.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Power Downloader and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data arising from use of or inability to use the Service, unauthorized access or alteration of your transmissions, or third-party content you access through links you paste. Your sole remedy may be to stop using the Service.

6. Changes and availability

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend, limit, or stop the Service or specific features without notice—for example due to abuse, technical limits, legal requirements, or platform changes that make operation impractical.

7. Intellectual property

The Service branding, layouts, and code are protected as applicable by law except where open-source bundles apply from dependencies. Anything you retrieve through the Service remains subject to the rights of its creators and licensors.

8. Privacy
