What to include in your notice

To help us review your request promptly, please provide:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. Identification of the material or URL pattern at issue with enough detail (e.g. example links or shortcodes) for us to locate it.
3. Your contact information (name, postal address if applicable, email, phone if you use one).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner (where applicable).
6. An electronic or physical signature of the authorized person.
